Jennifer Garrett, Executive Director
Jennifer is a native of Kansas and has lived in Oklahoma since 1997. Jennifer graduated from Emporia State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She also completed graduate level studies in clinical psychology. Jennifer has extensive experience in the field of social work. She completed a case manager internship for an ICFMR in Emporia, KS. Following college graduation she was employed as a social worker for Summer Youth Services in Wellington, KS for two years. Upon moving to Enid, Jennifer worked as a Child Welfare Specialist II for the State of Oklahoma Department of Human Services. She has been employed with Adoption Services of Oklahoma, Inc. since 2003.
Catherine Sneed, Founder and Business Manager
Catherine is a native Oklahoman and studied Business Management at Oklahoma City University and is planning on continuing her education with OCU to fulfill her MBA in the near future. Catherine’s business background began in 1995 where she worked in the telecommunication industry for 8 years. During this time Catherine desired to enter the field of Social Services, an area that she has always been passionate about. Catherine then took the initiative to bring her vision of creating an adoption agency to fruition and opened the doors to the Adoption Services of Oklahoma in 2003.
Catherine’s primary role at Adoption Services of Oklahoma is to manage the business operations and to oversee the financial responsibilities of the organization. Catherine works with great passion and utilizes a multitude of personal and business skills to help her achieve success in fulfilling numerous roles within the agency.
